Rental terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern the relationship between NDH CAR and any customer who books a vehicle. By confirming a booking, the customer fully accepts these terms.

2. Booking and payment

The booking is firm upon email confirmation. Full payment, including the refundable deposit, is due at vehicle pick-up.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 24h before pick-up. After that, a fee equal to one rental day applies.

4. Liability

The driver is liable for damage outside insurance coverage. NDH CAR is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
